Customers

Airgrow automatically saves data on users who have interacted with your product. You can expand these data by specifying a user's ID, email, and registration date. This in turn will give you greater opportunities to study your user experience.

User list

Open the User List section to see all the users who have used your product. By default, only the online user filter is enabled. Click on a user to see their card.

User identification

You can link users to your database in order to differentiate between them in the tracker. The user may be assigned a digital ID from your billing or alphabetic ID (username or email) using the following code. Note: the parameter must be unique. If your service permits multiple registrations from a single email, or if the user name is used for identification, either it or an internal ID must be used.

User registration date

You can specify a user registration date. This allows you to properly evaluate retention from the date of registration, and also to compare the conversion funnel by various registration dates:
